950k Terms and Conditions

The following terms used in these Terms carry specific meanings and must be interpreted accordingly:

• "950k" or "Platform" — the 950k website, software, and all services provided through it.
• "User" or "You" — any person who accesses the 950k platform or opens an account.
• "Account" — a personal account registered on 950k.
• "Bonus" — any promotional offer, cashback, or reward provided by 950k.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the condition specifying how much must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "Services" — sports betting, casino games, and other entertainment activities.

The following eligibility conditions must be met to use the 950k platform:

2.1 Age Requirement

Only individuals aged 21 or above may create an account and use the services on this platform. At the time of registration or at any point thereafter, 950k may request identity documents for age verification. Opening an account with false information is a direct violation of these Terms and may result in account closure.

2.2 Single Account Only

Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, 950k reserves the right to close all such accounts and confiscate any balances.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date. If any information changes, the support team must be notified immediately.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Please keep the following in mind:

• Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
• Allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.
• The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out from the account.
• Always log out after using a public device or network.

950k will never ask for your password via email or chat. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraud and notify our support team right away.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount at 950k is ৳200 (two hundred taka), which applies to all payment methods. Accepted payment methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (via major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, etc.). Deposited funds must come only from a payment source belonging to the account holder.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

4.3 Prohibited Activities

Using the platform for any illegal activity, money laundering, or fraudulent transactions is strictly prohibited and subject to penalty. If suspicious transactions are detected, 950k reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. For deposits of ৳14,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 applies, giving a total balance of ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw funds received as a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Please note — the wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: receiving a ৳1,500 bonus means ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• A bonus may only apply to specific games or betting markets.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to another account.
• Claiming another bonus while one is already active may not be possible.
• If fraudulent bonus collection is detected, the account will be suspended.
• 950k reserves the right to make changes to the bonus program at any time.

The 950k VIP program has three tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

You can move up to a higher tier based on regular and active play. The detailed terms, conditions, and eligibility for cashback are set by 950k and may be changed as needed. VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the registered account holder.

7.1 General Betting Policy

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled, unless 950k takes steps to review it due to a technical error. 950k's decision in determining the outcome of a bet is final.

7.2 Match Results and Disputes

For sports betting, bet outcomes are determined based on the official results announcement. If an event is cancelled or postponed, 950k will handle the relevant bets in accordance with its own policy.

7.3 System Errors

If incorrect odds or incorrect payouts are displayed due to a software or hardware error, 950k reserves the right to void those bets and return the relevant amounts. Any winnings obtained by taking advantage of a technical error will not be honoured.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 950k platform and may result in account closure and balance confiscation if detected:

• Creating multiple accounts or managing someone else's account.
• Using bots, scripts, or any other automated systems.
• Placing artificial bets with the intent to abuse bonuses.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in any game or system.
• Money laundering or fraudulent financial activity.
• Placing fraudulent bets in collusion with other users.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security or systems.

• Instruction from a legal authority.

11.2 Closure by the User

Any user may request to close their account at any time by contacting the support team. The remaining balance will be given the opportunity to be withdrawn before the account is closed, however any active bonuses will be considered void.

950k makes every effort to provide a reasonable service, however our liability is limited in the following areas:

• Loss caused by technical issues, server downtime, or communication failures.
• Problems with the user's own internet connection or device.
• Failure of third-party software or payment processors.
• Disruption caused by Force Majeure circumstances.

If any provision of these Terms becomes invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions will remain fully in force, excluding only that specific provision.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and other published policies together form the entire agreement between 950k and the user. These Terms take precedence over any prior oral or written agreements.
